Avon students and staff are able to continue achieving at such a high level — in the classroom and beyond — because of your support. This fall, you voted to renew our district's Operating Referendum, maintaining small class sizes, retaining vital student supports, and helping us recruit and retain excellent educators.

Two students stand out as representatives of the AHS class of '26: Valedictorian Rithek Shankar Sudhakar Sankar and Salutatorian Nancy Orogun. We are pleased to highlight a few of their remarkable success and achievements.

I am thrilled to tell you that Avon-Washington Township voters have once again rallied around our 11,000 students and 1,600 employees by voting YES for the renewal of our 2018 Operating Referendum.

For the sixth time in their illustrious history — and the third season in a row — the Avon Marching Black & Gold are Bands of America Grand National Champions.

Avon High School senior Nate Rioux won his second IHSAA State Wrestling Championship, capping a career and season for the ages.
