IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON-RESIDENT TRANSFER STUDENTS

Enrollment is not final until the completed forms and additional residency and custody paperwork (if applicable) are presented in person to the school office. Only a parent or legal guardian may enroll a student. A legal guardian must present proper documentation (custody given by court or accredited agency).
Students currently enrolled in Avon schools will receive re-registration information for 2016-17 through the student's current school beginning April 4, 2016. Re-registration packets should be completed and returned by April 15, 2016.
First Time Enrollees (Avon school district residents only)Students who live in the Avon school district and are enrolling for the first time should complete the necessary forms and present these forms, along with additional required documentation, to their respective buildings. High School students must make an appointment to enroll.Please refer to the School Boundaries page to confirm which building your child will attend.
