Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Kayla Kuepper

My name is Kayla Kuepper and I am the Title I/ Title III Teacher at both White Oak and Maple Elementary. I am ecstatic about the opportunity to continue my journey as an Avon Oriole! This year begins my seventh year teaching and fifth year in Avon. Since coming to Avon I have also taught both first and third grade.

I was raised in Evansville, Indiana and after high school began my journey as a Ball State Cardinal. During my time at Ball State University, I participated in a study abroad program in Liverpool, England.  This was an incredible learning opportunity that allowed me to observe, teach, and learn from students in another county. In 2010, I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education (specializing in primary education). Most recently I was chosen to become a Woodrow Wilson MBA Fellow in Education at the University of Indianapolis. Through those studies I receive my MBA in Educational Leadership and administrative license. I will always be a "Life Long Learner" and am looking forward to one day working towards my doctrine.

Last summer my husband and I got married in Zionsville (Several students also know me as Miss Breivogel.) and bought a home in Brownsburg. While we  live in Brownsburg, I still make several trips back down to southern Indiana to see my family. They are an extremely important part of my life and it is never a dull moment when we get together.  Our annual caroling trips, board game nights, and ping-pong tournaments are a few of my favorites. We have a dog named Woodrow who rules our home. My husband works for the Indy Fuel so I love to go to games and support the team. I also love to do triathlons and right now am training to do a full Ironman race in Lousivlle, Kentucky.

I am extremely excited to begin another year here at White Oak!
