Avon Schools keeps families informed of many opportunities available to students in our community on this webpage.
Flyer information must be approved by Avon Schools. Organizations wishing to post flyers must meet the following criteria:
- The organization must be a non-profit with an event or service of benefit to students.
- The event or service must be within Hendricks County and pertain to or involve students.
- Flyer information should be submitted via email no less than one week prior to posting. Please complete this Community Information Approval Form.
- Flyers must be submitted along with the approval form in an electronic format that is publication-ready (MS Word, MS Publisher, but preferably as a .pdf document).
- Flyers will be posted for one week unless a longer posting is requested.
NOTE: Those who submit flyer requests that are not approved will receive notification. Avon Community School Corporation reserves the right to approve flyers from its sponsors and/or business partners.
