Dear Pine Tree Students,
I am so sorry that we are unable to finish this school year together inside Pine Tree. Even though it is sometimes hard to understand, it is important that we do everything we can to keep ourselves safe, as well as those that we love. Your teachers at Pine Tree are going to do everything they can to keep you engaged and learning until our school year is over at the end of May. You may be wondering whether we will see each other again. My answer is YES. We will. We don't know when that will be, but we will see each other again. If you are in fourth grade, you may be wondering, "Well.... what about me? I will be leaving Pine Tree to go to the Intermediate School." My answer is still YES to you, too. We will figure it out. You all lovingly tease me for my last day of school speech and how I always cry when I talk to my fourth grade group. You will still get my speech and I will still probably cry.
So let's finish out April and May working hard and having some FUN. We will have special dress up days.... special projects that you (or you and your family) can do... etc. Let's make the MOST of our time together. Are you ready? I AM.
Below, I will continually add links to some fun things that I discover.
~Mrs. Mize
