Kimberly Lobosky, MS, CCC-SLP

Mrs. Lobosky served as a school Speech Language Pathologist working with students with a variety of disabilities for 15 years before becoming the Avon Community School Special Education Transition Coordinator.  Mrs. Lobosky works with students with disabilities and their families to ensure each student has a solid plan to transition from the school setting into adulthood.  Mrs. Lobosky teaches the Applied Career Information and Exploration class for freshman and sophomores and runs the Applied Career Information and Exploration Internship Program for older students at Avon High School.  Mrs. Lobosky is available to help families navigate community resources such as the Family Supports Waiver, Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Security and adult service providers.  Families interested in becoming familiar with issues important to the long-term care of their child with a disability, such as guardianship, financial planning, and post-secondary program options may also benefit from contacting Mrs. Lobosky.
