Avon TV gives students hands-on, immersive learning experiences with professionals visiting the classroom throughout the year, among many other opportunities at the school and in the community! Students in the TV program can also become members of the "AHS Student Television Network" Club and Honors Society and Avon Action to live stream sports! Students can also participate in the student-led, live, daily announcements called the Oriole Report. Mrs. Tauer is also a co-sponsor for the freshman class of student government. On a personal note, Mrs. Tauer loves going to concerts and movies and loves her pugs, cats, and turtle!
