This is my second year teaching at Avon High School and 14th year teaching overall.  I teach Language Arts Lab and English 9.  I live in Avon with my wife, Amber, and our five year old daughter Olivia.  We have two German Shepherds (Marinelli and Schwarz) and a cat Tippy.  I have been a football coach at Avon High School for the past nine years.  On my spare time I enjoy doing anything sports related whether that is watching or playing.  I am an avid fan of the Detroit Lions and Chicago Cubs.  I grew up in South Bend, Indiana with one brother (who also teaches and coaches at Avon) and two sisters.  Each sibling of mine is a teacher.  I graduated from Indiana University.  Eating is also a hobby of mine...my favorite foods are pizza, chips and salsa, and Reeses.
