Hello! Welcome to my homepage, I am excited to be the art teacher at Cedar Elementary School, Avon. I have been creative ever since I can remember and have always had a passion for helping others.

I grew up in a small, Southern Indiana town called Jasper. I graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in Pre-Art Therapy, and then went back to get my Art Education degree. I worked at a locally owned coffee shop for a few years, so I am always seen with a coffee cup in hand.

I am currently engaged, and the date is set for October 2021! Outside of school I can be found taking my dog on walks or hikes, playing board games with friends, cozed up on a couch watching a good movie or reading a book, or working in my at home studio.
