STUDENTS - YOUR HELP AND COOPERATION IN THIS MATTER IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!
We look forward to a great season of Oriole Athletics!
In an order to try and keep all our kids safe after practices, we have installed gates on the north side of AMSN. Starting August 3rd, we will begin closing those gates at approximately 4:30 until 6:00. The intent is to get all parents to park in the stadium parking lot and wait on their child to come to them. When cars are lined up on both sides of the road waiting on athletes, it become difficult to see students. We are attempting to stay as safe as we can for them. As a result, parents may need to drive all the way around the building or entire in off 10th street to reach the lot. Thank you for your understanding in the matter and for helping keep all our kids safe at Avon.
Requirements for Athletic Participation - PRIVIT
For the 2018-19 school year ACSC is continuing to use a completely paperless clearance process. The process includes a paperless IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical. A parent/guardian and student-athlete will be required to create an account and manage the necessary documents using the Privit Portal. This process will provide a higher level of security and efficiency than the previous process. This process will be for everyone including those coming to ACSC Physical Night and those students who are going another place to get a sports physical. Detailed instructions to complete the new process can be found by visiting the following link: ACSC 2018 Physical Information
PHYSICAL FORM - take this page to your doctor and then upload completed form to your PRIVIT account (we DO NOT take any paper forms in the Athletic Office)
Please note: you need to select a team when you create your PRIVIT account. You can select all teams that your student is interested in joining.
