Aerial Oriole to Compete In Jump Rope World Championships
The Avon Aerial Orioles recently returned from the US National Trials, where jumpers from across the nation competed to qualify for the US National Team. At the meet, Avon High School freshman Anna Koehlinger qualified in four events. She will be on Team USA this summer at the World Championships in Kawasaki, Japan.
According to Anna's Father and Aerial Orioles Coach, Matt, she "traveled to UNC Chapel Hill in February and earned her spot in those four events by placing in the Top 3. She will also compete in the AMJRF National Championships this June in Sioux Falls, SD."
Coverage of the IJRU World Championships will be streamed live from July 25 through August 3.
Last year, she earned a National Championship in Pairs Freestyle, second place in Double Under Relay, and third in Double Dutch Freestyle.
