AHS Salutatorian Receives Board Commendation

Avon High School Salutatorian Aderinsola Adeleke attended the June 13 Avon Board of School Trustees meeting where she received a Board Commendation for her academic achievement and school citizenship.
Adeleke has compiled an impressive list of achievements:
- Salutatorian (5.298 GPA)
- College Board African American Scholar
- AP Scholar with Distinction
- Indiana Rising Star
- President of Girls Who Code
- President of Model UN
- Secretary of Avon Ambassador School Program
- Officer for National French Honor Society
- Officer for National Computer Honor Society
- Member of House of Representatives for Student Government.
Adeleke earned a Harvard Faculty Scholarship and will attend Harvard University in the fall.
