AHS Speech, Repeat State Champions

The Avon High School Speech Team won its second consecutive Indiana 3A State Championship yesterday! It was a tremendous team effort, with 21 semi-finalists and 14 finalists.

A special congratulations to sophomore Doyin Akande, who achieved the rare feat of winning double individual state championships in both Poetry and Prose.
