Avon JAG State Results

Our Avon High School JAG students just got back from the state competition, and the results were incredible! Students competed against other JAG students all across the state, and here were the results: 

• Avon got 1st Place for our Chapter Commercial
• Kanyinsola "Esther" Bankole-Brown got 1st Place for Employability Skills
• Neva Verbik got 1st Place for Outstanding Senior, which is the most prestigious award JAG gives. The JAG Outstanding Senior award recognizes the senior who most exemplifies the JAG spirit through their commitment to education, the world of work, community service and leadership, and Neva is THE Outstanding Senior for 2023!

We are excited to celebrate these students! They've worked so hard to deserve this, and I couldn't be any more proud of them.
