Celebrating Orioles - DECA
At their April 11 meeting, the Avon Board of School Trustees recognized the State Championships won by three DECA participants with a Resolution of Commendation, the highest honor they can issue.
Kelsey Babinec (Hotel and Lodging), Heechan Jung (Business Finance), and Eli Neal (Principles of Marketing) received a standing ovation from meeting attendees.
Eli was also recognized because he was recently named the Boy Scouts of America Judge John Price Eagle Scout of the Year.
