Episode 071: AHS Speech & Debate

[February 26 Update] This weekend, the AHS Speech & Debate Team became a 3-time Sectional Champion!

In an email to staff, Co-Coach Linda Langford wrote, "We are sending 38 of our 40 sectional students to State at Hamilton Southeastern High School on March 9. ... This is the most we have ever qualified for state and our sectional is the third largest sectional in the state this year. This group has an amazing work ethic and has worked together to make each other better."

In just a few short years, the Avon High School Speech & Debate Team has grown from a handful of students to a 150-student- and 13-leader-strong hotbed of talent and success.
