Partners Make a Difference

We often refer to the many vendors who serve our school corporation as 'partners'. In direct and meaningful ways, they partner with us to ensure everything is in place, stocked, operational, and ready to go when our students walk into school each day. 

ImperialDade is one such partner.

They provide paper towels, toilet paper, and a wide variety of cleaning supplies to our school corporation. Over the years, Warehouse Coordinator Cindy Maxwell has not only helped with warehousing the supplies they ship to us, she's developed a friendship with our representatives. That's why this afternoon she couldn't wait to meet the ImperialDade employees who were tasked with delivering the huge cart of non-perishable food items their employees had collected during their Community Cares Days at the Mary Lee Maier Community Pantry.

They didn't just unload the much-needed goods. They stuck around for a detailed tour, which Executive Director Kristi Kerr was happy to provide. Because they're partners — and not just vendors — they were already discussing ways they could partner with us in the future.

We're thankful for partners like ImperialDade. Thank you for all you do to help Avon Schools remain a place where ALL belong, learn, and grow.
