Students Earn Spots in All-Region Honors Orchestra

Nine Avon Middle School South orchestra students and 14 Avon Middle School North orchestra students made it into the Indiana American String Teacher's Association All-Region Honor Orchestra this year!
This is significant because only the top players in our region make it into this honor orchestra. They will perform with students from 12 other middle schools in our area. The All-Region event and performance are held at the University of Indianapolis this year, and the day will culminate with a performance at 5:00 pm at the Christel DeHaan Performing Arts Center.
Congratulations to these outstanding musicians! Mrs. Smith and Mr. Miller are proud orchestra teachers!
