World Guard, Drumline Receive Board Commendations
The Avon Board of School Trustees issued a commendation — the highest honor they can give — to the 2022 WGI World Champion Avon Indoor at their June 13 meeting. (World Guard and World Drumline were recognized at the May 9 meeting.)
We are amazed at the talent, athleticism, dedication, strength, enthusiasm and grace these performers and their directors demonstrated this year. They are worthy world champions and excellent representatives of Avon Schools, one and all.
