Your August '26 ALL Stars

Earlier this month, you had the chance to nominate any Avon Schools employee who embodies our mission: ALL belong, learn, and grow. You nominated 89 individuals, and we are sending your encouraging comments directly to them.

Here's just a sample of your comments:

• She has demonstrated humble leadership and a welcome attitude that has made me feel at home. Her years of experience don’t stop her from learning or being open to new ideas. I’m thankful I get to work with her.
• He has done an outstanding job building relationships with both students and staff as well as creating connections that contribute to a positive school culture. His steady presence, commitment, and ability to positively impact those around him make him truly deserving of this recognition.
• She has jumped right in and created a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for her new class. She is so kind to her students and to others she works with.
• He worked relentlessly this summer supporting the many new hires of the district ensuring they have their tech needs met at onboarding. At times this meant coming in early or staying late for a last minute request. You can tell he cares about ensuring employees have a positive experience.
