Your December '24 ALL Stars

Earlier this month, you had the chance to nominate any Avon Schools employee who embodies our mission: ALL belong, learn, and grow. You nominated 52 individuals and we are sending your encouraging comments directly to them.

Here's just a sample of your comments:

• He shows us all what it looks like to lead with authenticity, intentionality, and excellence.
• She is a fantastic teammate who works tirelessly to make sure that every student that steps foot in her classroom succeeds and feels loved.
• She frequently talks about how much she loves being a lunch lady. It shows in her work every day. She has the most spirit you'll ever find in a cafeteria manager and goes above and beyond to make the cafeteria a fun and festive place for the students and staff.
• She is a talented interventionist! ... She has personally helped me when making parent phone calls. Her calm demeanor alleviates the stress of language barriers allowing for productive communication between home and school.
• My daughter used to complain about how hard math was and how she couldn't do it. Now she is excited to learn math and wants to challenge herself. He is the reason for this change. He believes in his students' abilities and shows them that they are all capable.
