Your December '25 ALL Stars

Earlier this month, you had the chance to nominate any Avon Schools employee who embodies our mission: ALL belong, learn, and grow. You nominated 47 individuals — and the teams at OASIS and in the Administration Center — and we are sending your encouraging comments directly to them.

• Your commitment helps ensure that every family feels cared for and supported during this special season, and we are grateful for the positive impact you create!
• Her willingness to collaborate has enriched our classrooms, strengthened our teachers, and most importantly, bettered the learning experience for our students. Her dedication exemplifies the true spirit of education—breaking down barriers, fostering community, and ensuring that every child has access to the tools they need to thrive.
• She makes sure every child that she interacts with feels seen.
• He cares so much about kids and is amazing at building relationships. He goes where he's needed to support kids and colleagues with a heart of service and with a positive, humorous approach.
• She makes learning a safe and positive experience for her students. I am so thankful for her sunshine spirit. It motivates my daughter to do her best, learn from her mistakes, and boosts her confidence.
• He goes out of his way to make his students feel welcome, safe, and seen/heard in his classrooms. He continuously makes an effort to learn how to better himself to reach his students from all different backgrounds.
