Your January '26 ALL Stars

Earlier this month, you had the chance to nominate any Avon Schools employee who embodies our mission: ALL belong, learn, and grow. You nominated 28 individuals — and the entire Transportation Department — and we are sending your encouraging comments directly to them.

• I have been in at least one of her classes sine my sophomore year at Avon High School. I am a senior now and I can say—without a doubt—that she is by far the most caring, hardworking, and, eager teacher who wants nothing but the best for her students.
• She is relentless in her approach to ensure ALL students regardless of academic, social emotional, or language needs grow at a very high level.
• He has shown that we are all one team. He truly cares about students, and I am thankful for his dedication.
• You are consistently friendly, dependable, and a true team player. You step in to support your counterparts whenever there is a need, and you have taken the initiative to learn their roles so you can assist seamlessly.
• She truly exemplifies the commitment needed to ensure that ALL students and their parents feel that they belong here, and that all staff can feel like they can learn and grow here.
