Your March '25 ALL Stars

Earlier this month, you had the chance to nominate any Avon Schools employee who embodies our mission: ALL belong, learn, and grow. You nominated 44 individuals and we are sending your encouraging comments directly to them.

Here's just a sample of your comments:

• He has gone above and beyond for his students this year. My kiddo comes home gushing about him almost every day. I can tell he really tries to connect with his students. I also love that he holds them to a high standard. He pushes them while being calm and understanding at the same time. It’s been amazing to watch my son grow and thrive.
• She has strong relationships with her small group students. The students know that they are cared for and supported each day. Through this, she has seen tremendous student growth this year.
• He is the definition of an advocate for his students. He focuses on building relationships, which is evident when you enter his classroom. He is unafraid to stick up for his kids and he sees the best in every student.
• She shows up every single day wanting to support our students, and does everything she can to step up, help out, and make our students feel loved. She is always willing to go above and beyond to build relationships with even the neediest students, and they love working with her.
• She has been very patient with our son this year. She had pushed him, and we have seen so much growth out of him. 
• She is a quiet hero. She is one of the most positive and kind individuals I have ever encountered. Her approach to teaching reflects kindness, respect, and love for all her students.
• She knows when these kiddos have good days and bad days. She’s the first to see them in the morning before they get to school and last to see them before getting home. She always has a smile and a pleasant word for all. We love her and wish we could take her with us all the way to high school.
