Your March '26 ALL Stars

Your March '26 ALL Stars

Earlier this month, you had the chance to nominate any Avon Schools employee who embodies our mission: ALL belong, learn, and grow. You nominated 28 individuals, and we are sending your encouraging comments directly to them.

Here's just a sample of your comments:

  • She is the kind of teacher every child deserves. She is kind, gentle, and truly loves her students. She encourages them, cares deeply about them, and creates a classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and supported. She puts her whole heart into teaching and building meaningful connections with the children in her class. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for her—it’s something she is truly passionate about. She takes the time to truly know her students as individuals and goes above and beyond to make each child feel special. She has made such a positive impact on my child, who has grown more confident and excited about learning because of her encouragement and care. The kindness, patience, and support she shows her students every day helps shape their confidence and love for learning. Teachers like her don’t just teach lessons. They change lives, and our children are better because of her.
  • She goes above and beyond by transforming the classroom from a simple place of instruction into a supportive community where every student feels they belong and are capable of excellence. This approach moves beyond academic lessons to focus on the whole child, prioritizing emotional well-being and long-term life success. She listens, challenges every student equally, and refuses to let background or perceived ability limit a child's potential. She is the BEST and I am thankful to have her as a part of my child’s education.
  • He is an exceptional teacher who truly takes the time to get to know his students on a personal level. He learns about their interests, what motivates them, and how they learn best, which helps him build meaningful connections with the kids in his classroom. He encourages his students, patiently helps them when they don’t understand something, and creates an environment where they feel supported and respected. He does a wonderful job balancing fun with learning. He jokes with the kids and makes the classroom enjoyable, but he also sets clear expectations and ensures students stay focused and engaged when it is time to learn. His classroom is a place where students feel safe, confident, and capable. He genuinely loves his job, and that passion is evident in everything he does. Because of his encouragement and support, my son has grown so much this year in confidence and independence.

We are grateful for each of our ALL Stars.
