Your October '25 ALL Stars

Earlier this month, you had the chance to nominate any Avon Schools employee who embodies our mission: ALL belong, learn, and grow. You nominated 60 individuals — and the entire Transportation department — and we are sending your encouraging comments directly to them.

• He makes the students feel seen, valued, and understood.
• She’s a true go-getter and is never afraid to step up, take initiative, and do whatever it takes to support her students.
• She has taken the time to get to know our son and has become someone he always talks about as an amazing educator.
• She never uses the phrase, "that's not my kid."
• His dedication and behind-the-scenes support help us better serve the staff in Avon every single day.
• She is the most caring person. She doesn’t have an easy job, but because of the love she has for each student, she continues to show up each day with a smile on her face.
• She is kind and empathetic towards all students, regardless of their needs. She has clear structures in place that help all students be successful.
• She is exactly who anyone would want to drive their student to and from school.
• She works tirelessly to give every individual student her all and she proves to her colleagues that she’s a team player who seeks the best for ALL students and staff alike.
• He goes above and beyond making sure that all friends feel supported in the classroom! He has made my son feel so confident with the smallest tasks.
