It's time to begin making room so our Orioles — whether they're involved in arts or athletics — can spread their wings across the entire AHS campus. Join us at a campus master planning community input session on June 10 or 17.

Students who are entering grades K-5 this fall are invited to attend Girls Basketball Elementary Camp on June 8-10. This camp is offered by Avon Youth Sports in partnership with AHS girls basketball coaches and student-athletes.

Athletic Director Jason Young represented Avon Athletics and received the 2025-26 Sportsmanship Award from the Fall Creek Officials Association. This prestigious award is given to one deserving Indiana school each year.

The AHS Strength & Speed Program is hosting four days of one-hour strength and speed workouts — June 15-18 — for any student entering grades K-5. Athletes will get a taste of the high school Strength & Speed program.

The Avon Community Tennis Association is serving up a full slate of summer camps at Avon High School for students of all ages: 10 and under, half-day (middle school), full-day (high school), and elite.

AHS senior Kaleb Rasheed is throwing his weight around. A two-time Indiana State Champion in field events, he's one the best high school shot put athletes in the nation. This student-athlete is also going to great lengths in the classroom.

Attention, boys entering grades K-8 this fall, it's time to register for Avon Boys Summer Soccer Camp. It's scheduled for June 22-25 and will take place at the Avon High School soccer fields.

The Avon High School Swim team had an excellent season in the pool and the classroom. Nine student-athletes earned All-America status this season.

Avon All-Sports Camp will be offered on June 8-12 for students entering grades 3-8 in the coming school year. Available openings at this popular camp fill quickly so be sure to register today.

The AHS Cross Country team is hosting their 15th-annual running development camp during the week of June 1-4! Runners of all ability are welcome, and Avon students entering grades 1 to 8 are invited.
