PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal gives parents and students access to real-time information including attendance, grades, and detailed assignment descriptions. PowerSchool’s Parent/Student Portal provides single sign-on access for the parent. Instructions for creating your account or logging into your existing account are below.

Existing Accounts

If you previously had a PowerParent Account, log in with your same credentials.  If you’ve forgotten your username or password, click on the 'Forgot Username or Password?' link to recover that information.  Recovery emails may take a few hours to arrive.  If this does not work, please contact your student's school for further support.

Once logged in, students will show as tabs at the top of the page. 

If you are missing a student, please contact your school to have them connected to your existing account.

New Accounts

If you do not yet have a PowerParent account, click on the 'Forgot Username or Password?' link and retrieve that info using your full email as the username.  You must use the email address you provided during registration. Recovery emails may take a few hours to arrive.  If this does not work, please contact your student's school for further support.

Viewing Assignment Grades

To see individual assignment scores, first click the Grades and Attendance icon. If you click on the grade listed for the subject (blue link), it will take you to a page listing the individual assignments and scores which make up that grade.

Please email ACSC PowerParent Support for help with online grades.

Student Access to PowerParent

An account is automatically generated for students in grades 5-12. Their login is as follows:

• username: 8-digit student ID (e.g. 12345678)
• password: network password (same as used to log in to school computer)

Schoology is an online learning management system that allows teachers to create and share course material with students and parents. Teachers can share content, assign homework (collaborate on homework), give quizzes/tests, and more.
 
How can I log into my child's Schoology account?

Students in Grades K-4 - Students use their school email for username (student ID@students.avon-schools.org) and their school-provided network password. This information is provided by your child's teacher. You may also contact your child's school to obtain this information.
 
Students in Grades 5-12 - Students use their school email for username (student ID@students.avon-schools.org) and self-created network password to login and access learning materials.

How do I create an account?
Go to app.schoology.com/register and select Parent. 
Parents who wish to access Schoology need an Access Code (provided at the beginning of the school year) to create an account.  If you don't have an account, check out these instructions and request an access code from your child's school. Then, you'll be able to sign in and create your account.

Families may register with the Titan Family Portal to monitor lunch accounts and complete free and reduced applications. To create a new account,  visit the Titan website. For new accounts, make sure to have your student ID available when signing up for access and be aware that there is a service fee of $2.60 per transaction. Once an account is established, meal and purchase history can be viewed and account controls can be set to send reminders of low balances and automatically add funds.

Versatrans My Stop allows parents to track their students’ bus location and arrival times as well as receive notifications on delays or other pertinent information. It is an application that can be downloaded on the Apple or Android Store on your smartphone.

Step 1: Downloading the Versatrans My Stop App

• Type “Versatrans My Stop” into the search field in the App Store (for Apple users) or Play Store (for Android Users)
• Select Versatrans My Stop and download
• After downloading My Stop navigate to the application and tap on it to open it

Step 2: Logging In
Your username and password are the same as your Versatrans e-Link username and password.

Step 3: Navigating the Map Page

• After logging in you will arrive at the Map section. Here you will see your student’s bus location and the estimated time of arrival.
• If you have multiple students riding buses on this screen there is an arrow with a dropdown menu to switch between your students.
• Remember if the bus is not on route you will not able to see its location.

Access your child's bus number and bus stop information with E-Link.

This service can be accessed throughout the school year to obtain the most up-to-date bus stop information. 

Please login to E-Link beginning July 18 and check it often.  This is the first day bus stop information will be available to parents for the 2022-23 school year.  Bus stops may be altered slightly after July 18 due to daily enrollments.

Please note:

• E-Link username and password login information were printed on all final report cards in May.  The only exception was to kindergarten report cards. These parents will receive login information separately. 
• A ParentSquare email will be sent to all parents with E-Link login information.  Please look for this important login information.
• Parents of students new to Avon Schools may contact their home school for their student E-Link username.  This number is also referred to as the Student ID number. E-Link passwords may be obtained by contacting the Transportation Call Center at (317) 544-6150.
• After entering the student's username (student ID number) and their E-Link password (found on final report card or by calling the school) parents may be asked to complete the following on the student E-Link account:
  • Enter the parent email address
  • Enter the security question/answer option when prompted
  • Save entered information
  • Click "Work With Students"
  • Click "View My Students"
  • Click on student name to see bus stop information
• If parents forget the username or password, there is a "Forgot Username" and "Forgot Password" option at the login screen.
