Many of our schools and even our classrooms have created mindfulness or calming areas. Please feel free to visit our Virtual Calming Space 2.0 any time you need to take a break. There are a variety of resources, including sounds, images, writing activities, visual relaxation, guided focus activities, and movement breaks.
