Wellness Center
If you are enrolled in one of Avon’s medical plans, you are eligible for free services from the HRH Employer Wellness Center.
Visiting the Wellness Center annually for a Health Risk Assessment and Biometric Screening provides you a one-time $75 premium reduction.
The Wellness Center now has five convenient locations in Avon, Brownsburg, Danville, Plainfield, and Wayne Township. They offer free annual physicals, health risk assessments, immunizations, care and treatment for minor illnesses, diabetes management, coaching partnerships, and a place to receive some medications free. Each fall, Avon Schools partners with Hendricks Regional Health to provide free flu vaccinations for employees covered on our medical insurance plan. These appointments will be offered on September 15 and 17.
