Track your health and benefits with the Sydney Health app.

After a medical visit or procedure, you will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from Anthem. While it might look complicated, taking a few minutes to review can help you better understand your healthcare costs. 

An EOB is not a bill. Instead, it explains how Anthem processed the claim your provider submitted, how much money was applied to your deductible, and any remaining amount you may owe.

You'll receive this document in the mail. However, you can also review it on your smartphone via Anthem's secure digital app.
